Our partnership with Andritz began in 2019. Recently, they expanded our janitorial maintenance agreement to include support for the day-to-day operations of their 30,000 square foot Youngsville facility.
Business for Andritz was growing which resulted in the opening of a new 30,000-square foot facility in Youngsville. That brought a whole host of new management considerations.
We adapted our janitorial maintenance agreement to better meet the day-today operational needs of the new larger facility. This included handling office moves and vending machine service.
The result was an all-inclusive operations program that facilitated a smooth transition to the new space and the ability to focus on taking care of business instead of the building.
