In early 2020, Clean Advertising and Design was moving from an office building in north Raleigh to a converted warehouse near downtown. Clean needed to secure building maintenance services for their new location with a focus on keeping costs low and working with a local company. They reached out for references from their old building maintenance manager, who recommended At Chore Service.

Our Approach

Challenge

Before Clean moved in, we walked the space and customized a maintenance protocol that fit the space. With a plan in place, Clean started moving in, then COVID-19 hit along with stay-at-home orders from the Governor. We needed to adapt.

Solution

The original plan called for cleaning all surfaces, flooring, bathrooms, and the kitchen area multiple times per week. Because we already offered COVID-19 disinfection services, adapting the plan to include disinfection was easy. And since very few employees were coming to the office, we adjusted the number of maintenance days.

Result

Our team got great feedback from our friends at Clean. They specifically appreciated how the ACS team went above and beyond when they saw something that needed to be taken care of. They’ve been so happy with their experience that they offered to redesign our website to “accurately represent ACS’s level of professionalism.”
