In February of 2020 we joined The Wake Forest Area Chambers Association to help promote our services to other businesses in the community. Shortly thereafter, we received a request to clean the windows of the office building which led to an interesting discovery.

Our Approach

Challenge

While cleaning the windows, we noticed the gutters needed cleaning and took care of them at no charge. It was during the gutter cleaning that we noticed an insect infestation.

Solution

The nature of the infestation was such that it would lead to the need for major building repairs if left unattended. We recorded video of the infestation and shared it with the chamber.

Result

We received approval to remediate and scheduled a follow-up visit to treat the infestation. Thanks to our technician’s attention to detail, the chamber avoided a significant unexpected expense.
