In early 2020, Clean Advertising and Design was moving from an office building in north Raleigh to a converted warehouse near downtown. Clean needed to secure building maintenance services for their new location with a focus on keeping costs low and working with a local company. They reached out for references from their old building maintenance manager, who recommended At Chore Service.

Our partnership with Andritz began in 2019. Although we have a janitorial maintenance agreement, Andritz has extended the relationship to support the say-to-day operations for their 30,000 square-foot Youngsville facility.

The pandemic offered a chance for us to expand our existing relationships. Our partners at Horizon Family Dentistry contacted us about new regulations from the American Dental Association they needed to meet before the practice could safely open.

Before we partnered with Find a Way Fitness to provide cleaning services, we were gym members. Learn how an exchange of business cards one evening turned into significant cost savings for the gym and time savings for the staff.

Our business is all about relationships. Case in point, ACS’ relationship with F45 Training. We first met Barry, the co-owner, right after the opening of his Wake Forest facility. While he didn’t need our services at the time, we had a good rapport that led to a referral, and ultimately, to ACS servicing all of Barry’s F45 locations.

In February of 2020 we joined The Wake Forest Area Chambers Association to help promote our services to other businesses in the community. Shortly thereafter, we received a request to clean the windows of the office building which led to an interesting discovery.
